Crispy Enoki Mushrooms
  1. Wash the enoki mushrooms thoroughly

  2. Break the mushrooms apart into smaller and flatter pieces

  3. Flatten the mushrooms between paper towels and press down

  4. Make the sauce by adding garlic, soy sauce, honey, gochugaru, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and chopped scallions

  5. Add oil to a heated pan

  6. Add the mushrooms and cornstarch or potato starch

  7. Pan fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes on each side on medium heat, or until golden brown

  8. Add more oil as needed

  9. Plate the crispy mushrooms and pour the sauce on top
