In a hot pot place some oil and char your aromatics (onion, ginger, garlic)
Add in the prepared meat (preferably parboiled before, but because I didn't have bones I didn't have to!)
Add in the soaked shrimp, cut daikon, and fill with water or broth until everything is JUST covered
Simmer for ~45 mins- 1hr, then season to taste with fish sauce, sugar, and chicken bouillion
Serve with components and enjoy!
