Butter Chicken Stealth Health Slow Cooker Meal Prep Series
  1. Add 30g butter and chopped onions, cook until caramelized.

  2. Add tomato paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, paprika, cayenne, garam masala, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Deglaze the pan with crushed fire roasted tomatoes.

  4. Blend the sauce mixture for about 2 minutes until smooth.

  5. Add the blended sauce and diced chicken to a slow cooker.

  6. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours.

  7. Add 30g butter and 250g plain nonfat greek yogurt or skyr, mix well.

  8. Let the flavors combine for 10-15 minutes.

  9. Cook the basmati rice with ~630ml water.

  10. Serve the butter chicken over the cooked rice.
