  1. Sear the meat

  2. Heat: 2 cups stout, 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 cups tomato juice, ½ cup Worcestershire sauce, ¾ cup brown sugar and Demi-glaze

  3. Pour over meat in crockpot

  4. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
