Creamy Lemon Tahini Pasta Salad
  1. Add the veggies to a lined baking tray, season with a drizzle of oil, garlic granules, salt and pepper. Oven @ 180*C for 12 - 15 mins.

  2. Boil pasta as per packet.

  3. Blend together dressing ingredients.

  4. Once veg is cooked, add to cooked pasta, pour on dressing, add protein of choice and spinach, toss well and enjoy.
