Press tofu between 2 paper towels and place an heavy object on top for 10 mins to drain the excess water.
Meanwhile, whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour into a shallow dish.
Once the tofu has been pressed, cut into cubes and place in the marinade, coating well. Set aside for 15 mins in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C and place the tofu cubes onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes. At halfway, flip the cubes and pour on any remaining marinade.
Once the tofu looks caramelized, remove from heat and enjoy!
