Sweet & spicy miso tofu (vegan, GF option)

A flavorful vegan recipe starring miso paste, sriracha, and sesame oil -- this will definitely level up your lunch!

Yields: 4

  1. Press tofu between 2 paper towels and place an heavy object on top for 10 mins to drain the excess water.

  2. Meanwhile, whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour into a shallow dish.

  3. Once the tofu has been pressed, cut into cubes and place in the marinade, coating well. Set aside for 15 mins in the fridge.

  4. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C and place the tofu cubes onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes. At halfway, flip the cubes and pour on any remaining marinade.

  5. Once the tofu looks caramelized, remove from heat and enjoy!
