Vanilla Matcha Overnight Oats
  1. Add your ingredients to a jar or container. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the oats, matcha powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, and a dash of vanilla extract.

  2. Pour in the milk. Add ¾–1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Stir or shake well until everything is evenly mixed. The matcha can clump a little, so make sure to whisk or stir thoroughly.

  3. Seal and refrigerate. Cover the jar and let the oats soak overnight (or at least 4 hours) in the fridge. The chia seeds and oats will absorb the milk and create a thick, creamy texture.

  4. Serve and top it off. In the morning, give your oats a good stir. If they’re too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen them up. Top with granola, a dollop of yogurt, and your favorite fruit – I love sliced strawberries or banana with this combo.
