Fry diced shallots for a couple of minutes and then add minced garlic and fry for another few minutes.
Stir in the dry pasta, coat it in all the oils and then add the bone broth.
Bring it to a gentle simmer, cook until the pasta is soft, adding more liquid if needed.
Once the pasta is tender, add the butter and parmesan, mix well and then serve with lots of black pepper and more cheese!
