Easy Fluffy Eggnog Cinnamon Rolls
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm eggnog, yeast, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar.

  2. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, or until it gets frothy.

  3. Add the eggs, butter, vanilla, and 1 ½ cups of the flour to the mixture and mix until combined.

  4. Add the remaining flour, ½ cup at a time, until the dough has come together.

  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, then place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.

  6. Roll out the dough, spread melted white chocolate over it, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

  7. Roll up the dough and cut it into 12 equal pieces.

  8. Place the rolls in a prepared baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

  9. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

  10. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, eggnog, and vanilla extract together.

  11. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
