Grilled Chickpea Burger
  1. Heat the grill.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with the other ingredients, except the oil.

  3. Shape the mixture into 6-8 burgers and chill for 1 hour.

  4. Place on the grill pan.

  5. Brush each with oil and grill for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

  6. Carefully turn the burgers over, brush with more oil and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
