Prepare the Korean beef
Cook rice
Prepare all vegetables: slice cucumbers, shred carrots, chop bell peppers, shred cabbage
For rice bowls: layer rice in bowls and top with cucumbers, carrots, kimchi, avocado, edamame, cabbage, bell peppers, peanuts and drizzle with sriracha mayo
For burritos: warm tortillas and fill with Korean beef, leftover rice, kimchi, smashed avocado, peanuts and crispy onions, then roll and serve
