In a mixing bowl, add honey and melted butter and stir.
Add the yogurt, eggs, milk, and vanilla, stir again.
Fold in baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour, and stir just until combined.
Prepare the crumb topping by cutting the cold butter into the flour until crumbly.
Add salt and cinnamon and combine well. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13in baking dish.
Spread the batter into the baking dish and sprinkle blueberries on top.
Sprinkle topping over the whole thing.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
