Mix the mayonnaise, condensed milk, honey, and lemon juice together to make the sauce. Taste and adjust as needed.
Mix the shrimp, salt, pepper, and egg white together and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
Take the shrimp out and coat them with the ½ cup of cornstarch.
Deep fry the shrimp at 400°F for about 3-4 minutes.
Take the fried shrimp out and toss them with the prepared sauce.
