One Pot Meal: Orzo Pasta & Chicken
  1. Pan fry the marinated chicken until cooked

  2. Remove the chicken and in the same pan, sauté the onions and garlic

  3. Add the mushrooms and mix until golden brown

  4. Add the toasted orzo (toast in air fryer at 160°C for 5 minute intervals)

  5. Add boiling water and chicken stock and leave to cook on low heat

  6. Mix frequently and add more water if needed

  7. When cooked, add the sun dried tomato, spinach, milk with cornstarch, and Italian seasoning

  8. Mix until creamy and add back the chicken and any juices that came out of it

  9. Serve and enjoy
