Mix 200g flour, 100g sugar, 50g crushed almonds, 50g crushed hazelnuts, 6g baking powder, and salt in a bowl
Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 100ml unsweetened almond milk, orange zest, and 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix until combined
Bake the dough until cooked through
Slice the baked dough into individual biscotti
Bake the sliced biscotti for 10 minutes to achieve crunchiness
Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the cooled biscotti
