Mix all the filling ingredients together in a large bowl
Lightly grease a baking dish with sesame oil
Dip each wonton wrapper briefly in water, then line the base of the dish
Spread a thin layer of the pork mixture over the wrappers and repeat, layering until everything is used
Place the baking dish into a larger pan or pot, add water to the outer pan
Cover and steam for 45 minutes
Finish with extra spring onions, soy sauce, chilli oil and sweet chilli sauce
