Crispy Smashed Brussels Sprouts
  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. In a pot, boil water with 1 tsp of salt. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 6-8 minutes. Drain and dry with paper towel.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and half of the Parmesan.

  4. Flatten the brussels sprouts by placing a glass or a bottle on top and pressing down.

  5. Spread the olive oil, Parmesan, spice mixture in a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. And lay Brussels sprouts on top of it. Add more of the spiced parm mix on top of the Brussels sprouts.

  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is perfectly crispy.
