Air Fryer Roast Pork
  1. Take the pork out of the fridge around 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. Score the skin with lines, roughly 1-2 cm apart. Make sure you don't cut through to the flesh.

  3. Pat the skin dry with kitchen roll.

  4. Rub the skin and rest of the joint with oil.

  5. Sprinkle the skin generously with sea salt and rub it into all the slits.

  6. Place the joint in a pre-heated airfryer for 20 minutes at 200C

  7. After 20 minutes, turn down the heat to 170C and airfry for 1 hour and 40 minutes (or 25 minutes per 500g) or until the pork is cooked through as it may vary a little between airfryers.

  8. If the outside is getting a bit too much colour, you can cover it in foil for the final 30 minutes or so.
