Hot Honey
  1. Slice up your chillis and add everything to a pot on low/medium heat

  2. Simmer for 20-30 minutes

  3. Transfer to a clean squeezy bottle or glass jar and strain out the chillis or leave them in

  4. Store at room temperature for at least a few months, keeping an eye and smell for any changes

  5. Add to everything and enjoy
