Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place sweet potato chunks in a bowl. Drizzle with melted butter and stir.
Add salt, cayenne, ginger, and sugar. Stir again to coat.
Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air-fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Check for doneness. Serve warm.
