Preheat your air fryer to 350 F.
Slice both peaches in half and cut out the pit
In a small dish mix together butter and cinnamon. Brush cinnamon butter onto the inner layer of each peach.
In a small bowl, use a fork to combine oats, shredded coconut, softened butter, honey and cinnamon to form the crumble topping. Gently press ¼ of the crumble topping onto each of the four halves of your peaches.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until your peaches are soft and the topping is golden brown.
