Mix 450g low fat cottage cheese and 3 eggs together
Add 250g self raising flour to the wet mixture
Stir in 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
Fold in 6 diced garlic cloves, 35g grated Parmesan cheese, and 100g light Mozzarella
Divide dough into 8 portions and shape into buns
Top each pizza bun with 30g pizza sauce/marinara
Add 5g diced garlic and 40g light Mozzarella to each bun
Bake until golden brown
Optional: garnish with fresh basil, Parmesan, and diced garlic
