High Protein Pizza Buns
  1. Mix 450g low fat cottage cheese and 3 eggs together

  2. Add 250g self raising flour to the wet mixture

  3. Stir in 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning

  4. Fold in 6 diced garlic cloves, 35g grated Parmesan cheese, and 100g light Mozzarella

  5. Divide dough into 8 portions and shape into buns

  6. Top each pizza bun with 30g pizza sauce/marinara

  7. Add 5g diced garlic and 40g light Mozzarella to each bun

  8. Bake until golden brown

  9. Optional: garnish with fresh basil, Parmesan, and diced garlic
