Preheat oven to 350°F and cover a 7"x7" brownie pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt together with the egg, cocoa powder, protein powder and granular sweetener (more or less depending on protein powder flavor used).
Stir until all ingredients are combined and you get a smooth brownie batter.
Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan, and optionally sprinkle with chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and let cool before serving; do not over bake or they get dry.
