  2. Add apple, cucumber, dates, flax seeds, and lemon juice. Blend 2–3 minutes until fully smooth.

  3. Add ice and blend 30–60 seconds until chilled and frothy.

  4. Pour into two glasses, add optional toppings, and serve immediately.
