Pork and Shrimp Potstickers
  1. Place first 10 ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Place 2 tsp. filling into the centre of each dumpling. Fold over and press to seal. Repeat with remaining filling and dumpling wrappers.

  2. In a large pot, in boiling water, cook potstickers in several batches for 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and rinse with cold water.

  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Brown potstickers on one side only until well browned. Cool down and place carefully in freezer bags, removing excess air before closing. Freeze for 2 months.

To cook:

Fry first - 2 tbsp oil - brown both sides

Add ½ inch water, add lid and steam

7-8 minutes total cooking time
