In a bowl combine the sour cream and eggs and mix well
Add in melted butter and mix
Add in milk and cornbread mix and mix until lumpy
Let batter sit for 3-5 minutes
Grease a 9x13 pan with butter
Spread mixture in pan
Bake at 400°F for 35-40 minutes
Melt 1 stick of butter in a bowl
Add ¼ cup honey and mix
Pour honey butter mixture over warm cornbread and serve
