Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ones and combine to a cookie dough.
Press into a well buttered non stick dish and bake at 180c fan forced for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool fully before adding the fondant.
Sift the icing sugar then add the liquids and stir well to combine.
Spread over biscuit base then refrigerate.
Crush and bash up the Mint Aero bars, melt the dark chocolate and spread over the fondant.
Sprinkle over the crushed Aero and refrigerate overnight for best results.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
