  1. Transfer all of the ingredients into your slow cooker pot

  2. Stir well then place the ox cheek on top

  3. Glaze the ox cheek with the sauce

  4. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 8 hours

  5. Shred the beef

  6. Serve with udon noodles

  7. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and fresh coriander
