Mix dry ingredients for dough
Cut in cold butter until combined

Chill dough for 45 minutes
Cook ground beef in a pan
Drain excess fat from beef

Add thyme, allspice, paprika, and curry powder to the mixture
Stir in soy sauce and ketchup
Add beef broth to the filling
Blend bread with water to create a slurry
Stir bread slurry into filling and cook until thick but still has movement
Roll dough thin
Fill with beef mixture
Fold and crimp edges
Apply egg wash to patties
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown
