Homemade Bone Broth
  1. Combine chicken feet, quartered onions, carrots, celery, smashed garlic, and ginger in a large pot

  2. Add bay leaves, peppercorns, thyme, oregano, and coriander seeds

  3. Pour in 4 quarts of water

  4. Add 3 tablespoons of salt and optional cayenne

  5. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 8 hours to extract nutrients and flavor

  6. Strain and store
