Add all ingredients apart from the cream to a cocktail shaker, stir to infuse the jam.
If you have a thick jam, I'd recommend pouring about half a shot of hot water into your shaker with the jam, stirring to create a cherry jam syrup then adding the Disaronno.
If your cocktail comes out short, you need to add more water.
Add ice and shake well.
Fine strain out into a Nick and Nora or Martini glass.
Slowly, over the back of a spoon, pour the double cream so you get a perfectly crisp white layer sitting on top.
Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
