Blanch 3 Cups Cauliflower in Hot water adding some salt for 10 mins & keep it aside
Add 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste, Salt as per taste, 1 tsp Black pepper powder, 1 tbsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Red chilli Sauce, 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup, ¼ Cup Water
Add ½ Cup Rice flour, 1 Cup Cornstarch, Water as required
Deep fry in Oil
Garnish with Curry leaves & Green chilli slits
