  1. Blanch 3 Cups Cauliflower in Hot water adding some salt for 10 mins & keep it aside

  2. Add 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste, Salt as per taste, 1 tsp Black pepper powder, 1 tbsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Red chilli Sauce, 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup, ¼ Cup Water

  3. Add ½ Cup Rice flour, 1 Cup Cornstarch, Water as required

  4. Deep fry in Oil

  5. Garnish with Curry leaves & Green chilli slits
