Burger Bowl
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place baking sheet in oven while it's preheating.

  2. Combine potatoes with a healthy drizzle of avocado oil (enough to coat potatoes), and 1 tsp of salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss. When oven is preheated, remove baking sheet and place the potatoes directly onto the hot pan. Bake for 45 minutes turning, half way through.

  3. While the potatoes are cooking, you can do the rest of the prep and cook the meat. To a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of avocado oil. Add the chopped onion. Stir and let soften for 3-4 minutes. Add the ground beef and start to break up with a spoon. Add 1 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook until crumbled and browned.

  4. For assembly, in a big bowl add a layer of shredded lettuce on the bottom, topped with the rest of the ingredients! You can really customize this however you like.
