Red Curry Chicken Dumplings
  1. Preheat air fryer to 190C.

  2. Mix all red chicken curry filling in a bowl and set aside.

  3. Lay rice paper rounds on bench top. Spray entire surface generously with water and sit for a few minutes to allow to soften. If they're still too hard, spray some more water.

  4. Add filling and wrap up to form a dumpling shape.

  5. Place into air fryer and spray tops with some oil. Bake for ~15 mins or until cooked through and crispy.

  6. Mix together sauce ingredients.

  7. Serve dumplings with the dipping sauce.
