Divide dough into 4 equal pieces, roll into logs, and form into bagel shapes.
Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle extra Parmesan or seasoning if desired.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 22–25 minutes until golden brown and firm.
For a crispier crust, broil for 1–2 minutes, then cool slightly before serving.
