  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth. In a bowl, mix blended cottage cheese, egg, flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt until a sticky dough forms.

  2. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces, roll into logs, and form into bagel shapes.

  3. Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle extra Parmesan or seasoning if desired.

  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 22–25 minutes until golden brown and firm.

  5. For a crispier crust, broil for 1–2 minutes, then cool slightly before serving.
