Breakfast Skillet for two very hungry people
  1. Consider chopping up your bell pepper and leaving it in a container without a lid overnight in the fridge. They will lose water and improve the taste and texture.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan

  3. Chop potato

  4. Toss potatoes and pepper with a little flour until lightly coated. Add to the olive oil when it bubbles in reaction to a test tidbit

  5. Toss potato and pepper in oil until softened to your liking and potatoes begin to turn light golden

  6. Drain the tomatoes of water by pressing with paper towel, or if you use cherry tomatoes do not chop them or they will wet your nicely crisped up potatoes

  7. Add tomato and sausages, both chopped

  8. Add powdered onion, garlic, pepper

  9. Once tomato is softened too add scrambled eggs

  10. Add salt to your taste

  11. Toss until eggs are cooked but still soft

  12. Serve ❤️ great with hot sauce and ketchup
