Cajun Chicken and Cheddar Pasta Skillet

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, season with Cajun seasoning, and cook until no longer pink.

  3. Add chopped bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.

  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for a few minutes.

  5. Add cooked pasta and cheese to the skillet, stirring until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

  6. Season with additional salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm."
