  1. Remove the skin from the chicken and air fry until crispy

  2. Shred the chicken and set aside

  3. Mix the rice with soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin, chilli oil, and spring onions

  4. Fold through the shredded chicken

  5. Press into a bowl, flip onto a plate

  6. Finish with crispy chicken skin and more spring onions
