One-pot Tofu And Rice
  1. Add the washed rice to your rice cooker

  2. Place your fingertip on top of the rice and add water until it reaches your first knuckle

  3. Add the liquids: sesame oil, soya sauce, shaoxing cooking wine if using, and vegetarian oyster sauce. Mix

  4. Add the onion, garlic, tofu, and ginger and arrange on top of the rice so that everything is submerged

  5. Cook using the 'mixed' setting on a fancy rice cooker, or regular setting on a standard rice cooker. Add extra water and recook if needed
