Air Fryer Chestnuts
  1. Soak the chestnuts in water for 30 minutes, make a cut in the center.

  2. Cook for 15/20 minutes at 180°C.

  3. Wrap the hot chestnuts in an old towel, squeeze them hard to crush the skins, and let them steam in the towel for five or so minutes to make peel more easily.
