Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add water, soy sauce, and sesame oil & whisk again until fully combined.
Add silken tofu and shrimp
Cover the bowl with a ceramic plate or any microwave-safe lid
Microwave on medium power for 1 min.
Check the eggs and microwave for additional 30 seconds increments until the eggs are set but still slightly jiggly.
Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave.
Drizzle with chili crisp and chopped green onions and serve immediately.
