10 Minute Soy Sauce Noodles
  1. Cook the noodles following the package instructions.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and mix until the sugar has dissolved. Then set aside.

  3. In a wok over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil. When the wok is hot, add the minced garlic, and the white part of the green onion. Cook until fragrant about 2 minutes.

  4. Then add the noodles and toss to combine. Spread the noodles onto a thin even layer and cook until crisp about 3 minutes. Then lower the heat to medium-low add the sauce and toss to combine until the noodles are caramelized.

  5. Then add the bean sprouts and green onions and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened.

  6. Remove from heat, mix in the sesame oil, then serve and enjoy!
