Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Add flour and a pinch of other seasonings to large ziplock bag
Drop seasoned chicken into the bag, shake till coated
In a mixing bowl combine soup and mayo
Remove chicken from bag, shake off extra flour
Dip chicken in soup mixture to coat
Ploop coated chicken into greased baking dish
In a bowl combine bread crumbs, butter and Italian seasoning, cheese
Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture all of the your breasts
Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes
Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes (or till golden and done)
