Peppermint Brownie Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease 9×5 loaf pan.

  2. Microwave milk chocolate chips until smooth.

  3. Whisk flour, cocoa, soda, and salt.

  4. Whip eggs and sugar until fluffy.

  5. Add melted chocolate, oil, and water.

  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in Andes chips.

  7. Pour into pan; bake 85–90 minutes.

  8. Drizzle melted Andes chips on top while warm.
