  1. Adjust the microwave temperature to 325.

  2. In a food processor or blender, add the avocado as well as the eggs, butter, cocoa butter, monk fruit as the sweetener, flour, vanilla, and salt.

  3. Pulse or blend until smooth.

  4. Transfer to a baking dish that is square and has parchment paper on it.

  5. Add sugar-free chocolate chips on top.

  6. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at a temperature of 325 degrees until the brownies are firm through and not jiggly in the center.
