Pull Apart Garlic Bread
  1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and yeast. Add the milk, then add the flour and mix until combined.

  2. Add the salt and softened butter, then coil fold until the butter is fully incorporated.

  3. Cover and let the dough rest for 2 hours or until doubled.

  4. Mix the softened butter with the cilantro and minced garlic.

  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over it. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Cut the dough in half, stack one half on top of the other, then cut into strips. Transfer the pieces into a loaf pan.

  7. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.

  8. Bake at 370°F for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

  9. Brush with the remaining garlic butter mixture while still warm.
