Drain an pat dry the chickpeas. air fry for 15 minutes at 180C (or until they're crispy)
Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil. Do it at intervals of 20seconds and stir the chocolate in between (otherwise it'll burn)
In a bowl add the chickpeas, the protein powder and the melted chocolate. Mix until well combined.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking tray then let in the fridge to set
