Cauliflower Cheese Protein Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish

  2. Steam the chopped cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly

  3. In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined

  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set

  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and let cool for a few minutes before serving
