Roasted Cabbage Steaks (easy, Healthy & Low Carb)
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Wash and trim the ends off of your cabbage head. Cut it in half, and then in half again so that you have 4 flat discs of cabbage that are about ¾ inch thick.

  3. Line them up on your baking sheet and brush with a generous amount of olive oil, and then sprinkle on your seasoning. Flip them over and repeat on the other side with the olive oil and seasoning.

  4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the center is tender and the outer leaves are browned.
