Mixed Rice With Plenty Of Mushrooms And Tuna
  1. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms. Cut the caps into quarters and finely chop the stems.

  2. Trim off the base of the enoki mushrooms and separate them by hand.

  3. Wash the rice.

  4. Add the washed rice to the rice cooker. Pour in all the ingredients from Seasoning A, then add water up to your preferred level on the cooker. Mix lightly, then place the mushrooms on top without stirring. Cook as usual.

  5. Once cooked, fluff the rice and serve. Top with chopped green onions if desired.
